Last updated: 27 July 2026. These terms apply to every application
submitted through this website and form part of the agreement between you and us as your registration agent.
1. About This Website
- This website is operated by an authorised dealer of unifi, the fixed broadband and
mobile service brand of Telekom Malaysia Berhad (“TM”).
- We act solely as a registration and advisory agent. We are not TM, and we do not own, operate or
maintain the unifi network.
- “unifi” and all related marks are the registered trademarks of Telekom Malaysia Berhad and
are referenced here for the purpose of identifying the services we are authorised to register.
2. Nature of an Application
- Completing and submitting the online form constitutes an expression of interest. It is
not a binding subscription and does not create a service contract.
- Every application remains subject to fibre coverage verification, credit assessment and final approval
by TM. Approval is at TM’s sole discretion.
- Where coverage is unavailable or your application is not approved, you incur no charge and no
obligation of any kind.
- Your service contract, upon activation, is formed directly between you and TM and is governed by TM’s
own General Terms and Conditions and Service Specific Terms.
3. Packages, Pricing & Promotions
- All speeds, prices and promotional items displayed on this website are based on the campaign
information available to us at the time of publication.
- Prices are stated as monthly commitments and exclude the prevailing Government Service Tax
and any applicable statutory charges.
- Fibre plans are subject to a minimum subscription period of 24 months unless a different
period is expressly stated by TM. Early termination charges imposed by TM will apply if the service is
cancelled within that period.
- Promotional items such as free rebate months, mesh WiFi units, routers or device bundles are provided
by TM under campaign terms, are subject to stock availability, and may be varied, suspended or withdrawn
at any time without prior notice.
- Quoted internet speeds are maximum achievable line speeds. Actual throughput depends on your equipment,
in-premise wiring, WiFi conditions, device capability, concurrent usage and network traffic.
- In the event of any discrepancy between this website and TM’s official published information,
TM’s information prevails.
4. Your Responsibilities as an Applicant
- You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a service
contract in Malaysia.
- You warrant that all information supplied — including your name, identification number, contact
number, email address and installation address — is true, accurate and complete.
- You must be the owner or lawful occupant of the installation premise, or hold the owner’s consent
for installation works to be carried out.
- You agree to supply the supporting documents reasonably required to process your application
(identification document, and for business applications, SSM registration and business address proof).
- Submitting false, incomplete or third-party information without authorisation may result in your
application being rejected or cancelled.
5. Installation
- Installation is carried out by TM or its appointed contractors. Appointment dates are allocated by TM
and are indicative only.
- An adult aged 18 or above must be present at the premise throughout the installation appointment.
- Standard installation is provided at no cost on eligible plans. Non-standard works — including
additional cabling beyond the standard allowance, conduit or trunking work, drilling through special
surfaces, or relocation of equipment — may attract additional charges quoted by TM before the work
is performed.
- We are not liable for installation delays arising from technician scheduling, building management
restrictions, infrastructure readiness, port unavailability, adverse weather or other causes beyond our
reasonable control.
6. Billing & Payment
- No payment is collected through this website. We will never request payment card
details, online banking credentials, TAC numbers or OTP codes.
- All billing is issued by TM directly to you following service activation. Payment obligations are owed
to TM, not to us.
- Should anyone request payment on our behalf, do not proceed — contact us immediately at the
number published on this website to verify.
7. Personal Data Protection (PDPA 2010)
- By submitting the form, you consent to our collection, recording and processing of your personal data
for the specific purpose of registering, verifying and administering your unifi application.
- Your data will be disclosed to Telekom Malaysia Berhad and its appointed installation contractors to the
extent necessary to process your order.
- You consent to being contacted by telephone call, SMS, WhatsApp or email in connection with your
application and the service you have applied for.
- We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to unrelated third parties for marketing purposes.
- Application records are retained only for as long as reasonably required for order administration,
after-sales support and legal or regulatory compliance.
- You may request access to, correction of, or withdrawal of consent for the further processing of your
personal data by contacting us using the details in Clause 10. Withdrawal of consent may mean we can no
longer progress your application.
8. Cancellation & Cooling Off
- You may withdraw your application at no cost at any time before your order is registered in TM’s
system, by notifying us in writing or via WhatsApp.
- Once installation is completed and the service is activated, cancellation is governed exclusively by
TM’s contract terms, including any early termination charge.
9. Limitation of Liability
- The content of this website is provided in good faith for general information. We make no warranty that
it is complete, current or free from error.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental,
consequential or special loss — including loss of profit, revenue, business or data — arising
from your use of this website, the application process, or the performance of the unifi service.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
- Service quality, network availability, faults and technical support remain the sole responsibility of TM
under your contract with them.
10. Contact & Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of
the Malaysian courts. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page at the
time of your submission is the version that applies to your application.
